Ingredients
- 8 cups beef or chicken stock
- 2 Potatoes,chopped
- 1 Potato, mashed
- 2 tbsp Vegitable oil
- 2 Onions, medium, cut fine
- 2 Tomatoes, medium, cut fine
- 1 tbsp Rice, ground
- 2 tbsp Macaroni
- 1 Carrot, cut fine
- a piece of Cabbage, cut fine
- Few Cauliflower florets
- Few French beans, cut flne
- 2 tbsp Peas
- 1 piece of Ham, smoked, chopped
- 2 Bacon, chopped
Preparation
Heat the oil, cook bacon for few minutes
Add the onion, cook till brown
Add the tomato and stir-fry
Add rice and macaroni and a cup of stock. When these are half done, add the remaining stock and vegetables
When the potatoes are cooked, add the ham and mashed potatoes
Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for a few minutes
